About the Artist

Lucie Phillips, an artist residing in Illinois, has maintained a working studio in Evanston and in Winnetka for a combined 24 years. Her work is represented in Illinois, Michigan, Vermont, New York, and Maine, and is also included in the US Embassy rotating art program.

Lucie continuously explores and develops varying styles of landscape, waterscape, still life, and the figure.
